He has been working in the legal field for over 7 years, has a Latin American Law Degree and years of experience attending to trials, arbitrations and meditations in the United States Legal System.

Paloma A. Flores obtained two master’s degrees in public administration and Oral trials in Criminal Law. She has a license to practice law in Mexico. She obtained degrees in Law and International Affairs from La Universidad Interamericana del Norte in Chihuahua City, in Mexico. Prior to joining California Trial Law Group, Paloma worked in the insurance field handling injury and death benefits claims.

Nicole López is an attorney with over five years of experience in corporate, contractual, financial, and intellectual property law. She holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property and has experience working with financial institutions and businesses. Nicole is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Daryl Mark Tayaban is a Licensed Medical Doctor and Registered Nurse in the Philippines, with a well-rounded medical background that spans both patient care and professional collaboration. He completed his residency at AMOSUP Seamen’s Hospital in Cebu, where he developed extensive experience in managing a variety of health conditions, including injuries and chronic diseases, while ensuring patient comfort and holistic care.

María del Carmen Rodríguez is a dedicated law clerk with a Master’s degree in Law and fluency in both English and Spanish. She plays a key role in supporting the litigation process by coordinating discovery, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations while keeping clients informed every step of the way.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual & Multimedia Production, with a specialization in Interactive Animation, he leads the creation of branded content, social media campaigns, and multimedia assets that elevate the firm’s identity across platforms.
