Chang-Shik Shin (“Tom Shin”), Esq. graduated from UCLA and UC Hastings. He brings a wealth of legal knowledge to his work at California Trial Law Group advocating on behalf of injured persons. Tom has successfully represented both international and domestic corporate and individual clients in various U.S. District and State Courts in complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Mayra has a proven track record of working on the personal injury cases since joining California Trial Law Group in 2019. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, and assists attorneys in all phases of litigation, including client intake, filing for motions, discovery, mediation, arbitration, and trial. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University.
Austin has an eye for details working on the workers’ compensation cases since joining California Trial Law Group. He assists attorneys in all phases of worker’s compensation claims, including client intake, filing for hearings, case evaluation, and trial. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Humphrey’s University.
Jean supports California Trial Law Group at all phases of litigation and overseers several aspects as the office manager. He has been working in the legal field for over 7 years, has a Latin American Law Degree and years of experience attending to trials, arbitrations and meditations in the United States Legal System.
Paloma A. Flores obtained two master’s degrees in public administration and Oral trials in Criminal Law. She has a license to practice law in Mexico. She obtained degrees in Law and International Affairs from La Universidad Interamericana del Norte in Chihuahua City, in Mexico. Prior to joining California Trial Law Group, Paloma worked in the insurance field handling injury and death benefits claims.
Linda Osorto is a graduate of Marketing and International Business from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. With a passion for connecting people and cultures, Linda’s academic background has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a global perspective.
Mia Herrera holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the Universidad de San Pedro Sula in Honduras. Her educational journey has equipped her with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the financial sector. Beyond her career in finance, Mia is a person with a deep appreciation for nature and animals.
