Ike Kaludi, Trial Attorney

Ike Kaludi has obtained a $29.6 million jury verdict for a single client, a result that reflects what happens when an attorney is willing to take a case all the way. His record also includes multiple multi-million dollar TBI settlements, a multi-million dollar recovery for an amputation victim, and high-value resolutions across complex motor vehicle and catastrophic injury cases.

Ike founded California Trial Law Group to represent people whose injuries are serious, whose cases are complex, and whose lives have been changed by someone else’s negligence. His practice centers on traumatic brain injury, catastrophic spinal trauma, amputations, and wrongful death. He handles personal injury and workers’ compensation cases throughout California, and he tries them. He doesn’t just settle them.

Other attorneys come to him. Ike is regularly consulted by lawyers handling complex, high-exposure cases, particularly those involving brain injuries and catastrophic damages. He speaks at legal conferences throughout the year, including TBI Medlegal, one of the largest TBI conferences in the United States, Trial Lawyers University in Huntington Beach, and the California Society of Industrial Medicine and Surgery.

Before building his practice, Ike clerked for California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno and Chief Magistrate Maria-Elena James of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. He earned his law degree from UC Law San Francisco with a concentration in civil litigation and dispute resolution, competed on the UC Hastings Negotiation Team, and was selected for the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association Summer Trial Fellowship.

Ike is bilingual in English and Spanish. He takes on pro bono cases for people who cannot access quality representation and mentors the next generation of trial lawyers through mock trial programs and diversity initiatives in the legal profession.

Outside of court, he trains, bikes, and skis with his daughter and son whenever cases allow.
